Learn the basics of using homeopathy to treat minor injuries and illnesses. All natural, over-the-counter, homeopathic remedies are FDA approved and safe for children, adults and the elderly. Learn how to engage the body's natural defenses to maintain more vibrant health. In this class you will:

• Become familiar with effective remedies for burns, wounds, ear infections & more 
• Learn when to head for the emergency room and when you can safely treat
• Learn the main characteristics of an illness and how to match them to a remedy choice.
• Learn how to dose a remedy safely and when to stop dosing.
• Each participant will go home with a sturdy plastic case for keeping remedies and his/her own supply of arnica 200c that we will make together in class!

All classes are taught by Cilla Whatcott, HD (RHom) CCH.  Cilla holds the designation of HD, RHom (doctor of homeopathic medicine) from the National United Professional Association of Trained Homeopaths and CCH (certified classical homeopath) from the Council for Homeopathic Certification. She maintains a private homeopathic practice in Chaska, and enjoys reading, writing, teaching, gardening, making things by hand and exploring new ideas.

Cilla is a parent to adopted children from Russia, China, Taiwan and her own biological child. She has lived in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, on the East coast, the West coast and aboard a sailboat in the Bahamas before making Minnesota her home.  Her travels to Asia, Russia, and Micronesia have instilled in her a deep respect for humankind and an intuitive understanding of human nature making her an authentic and compassionate healer.
